Children Policy
Up to two children less than 12 years of age can stay free of charge in a room occupied by the parents, subject to the family being able to use existing bedding.
Check-in time
Check -out - 10.00 a.m.
Check - in - 2.00 p.m.
Individual Bookings
All bookings can be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of making the reservation. Bookings without credit card guarantee will not be held on "Confirmed basis" after 1800hrs of the day of arrival.
Cancellation - Individual Bookings
There will be no charge levied if cancellation, amendment or modification is received up to 48 hours prior to scheduled date of arrival. You are requested to ask for your “Cancellation reference number” within the stipulated period of two days of your arrival.
Group Bookings
Please contact the hotel as, such requests are case oriented and subject to availability.
Cancellation - Group Bookings
Reservations, for groups must be confirmed 30 days prior to arrival. All reservations cancelled within 30 days will incur one night's accommodation and all further nights included in the reservation will automatically be cancelled. All cancellations must be received in writing. If credit has not been established, prepayment is required.
